Underpinning
When your foundation has dropped or your home is showing structural cracks, underpinning extends new footings down to stable ground to lift and stabilise the building. Steel-reinforced concrete piers, backed by our 10-year guarantee.
Remedial Building and Rectification
Once the foundation is stable, the remedial works begin. Repairing the cracks, mortar joints and rendered surfaces left behind by foundation movement, carried out by the same licensed builder who did the underpinning.
Wall Crack Repair
We use proven crack stitching methods, repointing and rendering techniques to repair wall cracks the right way. From hairline cosmetic cracks through to large structural splits in brick walls, all the way to the final coat of paint.
